General Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment by bank transfer. Payment by invoice after shipment subject to prior approval by Stika bv.

Standard Shipping Terms: Free shipping for orders over €250 excl. VAT. For orders under €250 excl. VAT, see shipping costs according to destination (FAQ).

Delivery Time: Delivery time is generally 72 hours after receipt of payment if the product is in stock. For all other products, an order receipt confirmation will be sent with the estimated delivery date.

Liability: Our liability cannot be invoked in case of deterioration of goods, or delay in delivery; the recipient will have to exercise their recourse against the carrier in case of anomaly, transport damage, missing packages, … at the time of delivery and register this with the delivery note or the carrier’s digital screen. We accept no liability for our deliveries, except for the replacement of products that would be considered non-compliant after our assessment.

Return of Material: No material may be returned without prior authorization. And within a maximum period of 15 days after the delivery date. The return of goods must be done in the packaging in which they were originally packed. Transport costs will be charged to the customer. When returning material, any damage and/or missing parts and accessories may be charged at the applicable rate. If goods have been unpacked, a deduction of 15% on the invoiced price may be applied (participation in costs for inspection, inventory recording and credit note). Unpacked consumables cannot be returned.

Retention of Title Clause: All our sales are concluded with retention of title. Consequently, the transfer of ownership of the sold goods to the buyer is suspended until full payment of the price. The risks are borne by the buyer from delivery of the goods sold under retention of title. The buyer bears, at their own expense, risk and peril, responsibility for maintenance, upkeep and use. The buyer will be liable for any damage caused by the goods from the moment of delivery.

Disputes: In case of dispute, only the Commercial Court of the seller’s place of establishment has jurisdiction.

Orders: Every order implies acceptance of these terms without limitation or reservation.
